My favourite coffee shop in South Africa called 'Flourentines' makes the most delicious coffees... The gentleman who makes them is a fully trained coffee maker... apparently he knows all there is to know about coffee beans. I thought I'd add this for you to see though because these designs are made without any tools, only a special pouring technique when pouring the milk- When he pours the coffee he pours the milk in quick motions to create the pattern on the top. Pretty cool huh!
